NiyuSuki Sim Racing ("NiyuSuki", "we", "us") is operated by VNR Entertainment Solutions, 9/4332, GB Heights, Kusumagiri, Infopark Road, Kakkanad, Kochi, Kerala 682030, India. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our sim racing centre, our website niyusuki.com, and the messages we send by email and WhatsApp.
Information we collect
- Contact details: your name, mobile number, email address and, if you share it, your Instagram handle.
- Visit and racing details: your bookings, sessions, memberships, the tracks and cars you drive, and your lap times and leaderboard positions.
- Purchases: what you buy from us (for example sessions, drinks or merchandise). Card and UPI payments are processed by our payment providers. We do not store your full card or bank details.
- Messages you send us: for example replies on WhatsApp or email.
- Website use: basic technical information such as your browser type and pages visited, which our website host may collect to keep the site working.
How we use your information
- To take and manage your bookings, sessions and memberships.
- To run leaderboards, challenges, events and tournaments, including announcing results.
- To contact you about your bookings and answer your questions.
- To send you news, offers and invitations about NiyuSuki by email and WhatsApp — only if you have agreed to receive them.
- To keep our records accurate and our centre safe, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Marketing messages and your choices
We only send marketing messages to people who have agreed to receive them, and we record when you agreed. You can stop at any time:
- Email: click "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of any of our emails.
- WhatsApp: reply STOP to any of our messages.
- Or write to us at marketing@niyusuki.com.
Once you opt out, we stop sending you marketing messages on that channel. We may still contact you about bookings you have made.
Who we share your information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run NiyuSuki, and only as needed:
- Brevo — to send our emails.
- Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business) — to send our WhatsApp messages.
- Our booking, payment and website providers — to take bookings and payments and run our website.
These providers handle your information on our behalf and may store it on servers outside India, with appropriate safeguards. We may also share information if the law requires it.
Leaderboards
Lap times and leaderboard positions may be shown at the centre and on our social media, usually with your first name or racing name. If you would prefer not to appear, tell us and we will remove you.
Children
Many of our racers are under 18. For anyone under 18, we collect personal information and send marketing messages only with the consent of a parent or guardian, as required by Indian law.
How long we keep your information
We keep your information while you are a NiyuSuki customer and for as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law (for example, accounting records). When it is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.
Keeping your information safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including limiting who can access it and using trusted service providers. No system is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can:
- ask what personal information we hold about you,
- ask us to correct or update it,
- ask us to delete it,
- withdraw your consent at any time,
- raise a complaint with us, and if you are not satisfied, with the Data Protection Board of India.
